Is barcode scanning standard on the HD80 rugged tablet with barcode scanner?
No. Barcode scanning is optional on HD80, with Honeywell N6703, N5703 or N6602-W2 engines available for project-specific 1D and 2D barcode capture requirements.
HD80 uses a screw-fixed rear expansion bracket connected through Pogo Pins on the back of the tablet. This modular structure allows project-selected data-capture or identification hardware to be added without changing the base tablet platform.
The optional UHF RFID module supports 865–868MHz for Europe, 902–928MHz for the USA and 920–925MHz for China, with other regional frequency configurations available for applicable projects. It supports EPC C1 Gen2 / ISO18000-6C
