ANDROID DOCK-OR-CABLE PLATFORM

K100 Pro Android Image and Hardware Baseline

K100 Pro runs Android 9 on a Qualcomm Cortex-A53 octa-core CPU, with Adreno 506 handling graphics. The 2GB/16GB base can move to 4GB RAM and 64GB storage, so application testing should use the memory tier and optional hardware planned for production.

1000-NIT VEHICLE DISPLAY

High-Brightness Touch Display for Vehicle Information

The 10-inch 1280 × 800 panel is rated at 1000cd/m² and is described as sunlight readable. Multi-touch operation includes glove and rain modes, supporting drivers and equipment operators who cannot rely on dry bare-finger input.
10-Inch Working Area
A 10-inch screen provides room for navigation, task specifies, vehicle status and camera or equipment information without using a larger cabin terminal.
1000-Nit Panel
The published 1000cd/m² brightness supports bright-cabin viewing; final placement should still avoid reflections and direct obstruction of the driver’s sightline.
Glove and Rain Modes
The capacitive touch panel explicitly supports glove and rain operation for field and vehicle operating tasks.
Layout from the Operator Position
The product-view and in-cab imagery supports set viewing angle, reach and cable direction before the mount is finalized.

IP67 INSTALLATION BOUNDARY

K100 Pro Environmental Limits across the Installed System

K100 Pro combines IP67 protection, a 120cm drop test and a MIL-STD-810G vibration test statement. Those values qualify the tablet body; cable routing, dock selection and mounting still need to preserve connector protection and mechanical support.
Sealed Tablet Body
IP6x dust protection and IPx7 water protection support the IP67 rating specified for the device.
Vehicle Vibration Input
The specified vibration test should be considered together with bracket stiffness, cable strain relief and the vehicle’s actual vibration profile.
Temperature Planning
The specified operating range is −10°C to 65°C, with charging from 0°C to 55°C and storage from −20°C to 70°C.
The installed K100 PRO assembly depends on sealed cable routing, stable mounting and correctly terminated power wiring; these items remain part of 10-inch Android dock-or-cable platform.

DOCK OR CABLE I/O

Docking or Cable Architecture for Vehicle I/O

The tablet provides USB Type-C, a 24-pin Pogo connector and a headset jack. Vehicle interfaces are delivered through a selected docking station or all-in-one cable, so the electrical map must be defined as one deployment configuration.

Base Device Connections

USB Type-C with OTG
The Type-C port is specified as USB 3.0 for data transfer and supports OTG; no PD or video function is claimed.
24-Pin Pogo Connector
The Pogo interface is the expansion path for the documented dock or cable package.
CAN, ACC, analog and trigger functions enter a K100 PRO build only through its released I/O schedule; unassigned channels are not part of the base unit.
CAN, ACC, analog and trigger functions enter a K100 PRO build only through its released I/O schedule; unassigned channels are not part of the base unit. On the 10-inch Android dock-or-cable platform, that allocation is captured in the dock or all-in-one cable map.
RJ45, CVBS or AHD functions require the matching K100 PRO connector and cable, so the physical port package is fixed with dock or all-in-one cable map.

MOUNTING AND DOCK CLEARANCE

Mount, Dock and Cable-Clearance Planning

The product configuration imagery identifies 75mm VESA and RAM-style mounting, a Pogo docking position, an all-in-one cable route and service points around the battery and side connectors. Translate those visual cues into an installation drawing before the vehicle bracket is released.

Which K100 Pro memory configuration should be selected?
K100 Pro is specified with 2GB RAM and 16GB storage as the standard configuration, with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage available as options. Qualification should cover the application and optional peripherals on the same tier intended for production.
Yes. The 10-inch 1000cd/m² capacitive display is explicitly described with glove and rain modes. Mounting angle and reflections should still be checked in the target cabin.
The selected dock or all-in-one cable can provide combinations of RS232, GPIO, CAN 2.0B, SAE J1939, OBD-II, RJ45, RS485, RS422, analog input, 1-Wire or video input. The final pinout and included functions must be specified on the deployment BOM.
The device accepts DC 8–36V and uses a replaceable 8000mAh battery. Typical battery operation and charging time are both specified at about 4.5 hours; replaceable does not mean hot-swappable.
The device is specified with IP67 protection, a 120cm drop test, a MIL-STD-810G vibration test and an operating range of −10°C to 65°C.
A purchase request should include the target region, quantity, memory tier, dock or cable type, required I/O and vehicle-bus functions, radio and identification options, mounting method and expected vehicle power conditions.
